Returns
We strive to do our best; however, if there is an error on your order, please accept our apologies and contact us upon receipt and we'll gladly fix it. Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days. Please include the original invoice with your return so we can credit your account. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Unwanted Products
All returned merchandise is reimbursed for the original purchase price less shipping & handling.
Refused Delivery
Customers will be responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling. Once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse, credit will be issued for the original purchase price minus shipping and handling.
Shipping
All orders are processed within 3 days or less. In the event that an item is backordered, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time.
Shipments are performed Monday through Friday, not including holidays.
