What a perfect way to show your support and pride for the Sooners! This handcrafted stained glass lamp measures 17" high with a shade that is 12" x 8" x 7.5" high, and features the Oklahoma team name etched in the glass.

The lamp is assembled using a lead-free process known as "copper foil and solder technique", which was made popular by L.C. Tiffany in the 1880's, and is still quite popular today. This technique is well-suited for making three dimensional objects such as this lamp, and the other stained glass collectibles that we offer. The copper foil is much stronger than lead when soldered, and allows for intricately detailed items where the bulky look of lead would detract from the design.

The base on the lamp is made of a strong metal, designed to last! It has a very solid look and feel of quality. The lamp is UL approved, and runs on 110VAC. This lamp is licensed by the University of Oklahoma, and contains an official numbered sticker to show the authenticity. Licensed products are higher quality because the university must approve the design and finished product.
