What a perfect way to show your support and pride for the Cowboys! This handcrafted stained glass lamp measures 25" high, and features the Oklahoma State logo on all four sides of the shade. The Oklahoma State logo is also made of stained glass, specially cut with a water jet machine for incredible accuracy and detail. A special heat-fusing process is used to permanently bond the logo to the glass shade, which also takes away the sharp edges.

This lamp is assembled using a lead-free process known as "copper foil and solder technique", which was made popular by L.C. Tiffany in the 1880's, and is still quite popular today. This technique is well-suited for making three dimensional objects such as this lamp, and the other stained glass collectibles that we offer. The copper foil is much stronger than lead when soldered, and allows for intricately detailed items where the bulky look of lead would detract from the design.

The base on this Oklahoma State lamp is made of a strong metal, designed to last! It has a very solid look and feel of quality. The lamp is UL approved, and runs on 110VAC. This lamp is licensed by the Oklahoma State University, and contains an official numbered sticker to show the authenticity. Licensed products are higher quality because the university must approve the design and the finished product. The Oklahoma State logo and name are trademarks of the Oklahoma State University.
